Julie Solomon has demonstrated her knowledge and understanding of the recruitment industry for a solid decade. She has been able to attain this level of competence due to her education and hands-on experience.  This includes five years as the number one recruiter in her division at Ajilon, a nation-wide staffing firm, located in Hauppauge, New York; here she ranked #1 in her division for 5 consecutive years.

She progressed in her career at Candidates on Demand in 2004 where she helped assemble, manage and lead teams of other seasoned recruiting professionals to be an integral member of the growth of the firm. Most of these positions were in Marketing/Creative services, IT, Sales/Customer service, Logistics, Administration, Financial, and Human Resources.  These include small, mid-size, and large companies such as Estee Lauder, Par Plumbing Group, Glaceau/Vitamin Water, Network Hardware Resale, Bed Bath & Beyond, Onyx Packaging, Sumitrans, East Coast Cycles, Arbor Commercial Mortgage, Bank of NY, Dynatech; and a growing list throughout the country.

Julie began her journey to matching the right individual to the right work environment as a certified social worker (MSW/CSW) with the state agency VESID (Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities). Here she used her educational training to find the right job fit for persons with a variety of physical or mental limitations.




Currently, as managing partner of Corporate Hiring Solutions, Inc. Julie discovers the needs of both clients and prospective job-seekers to make placements to her client companies even more successful. Not only does she match the skills of the job applicant, she recommends the type of work environment (for example, formal corporate vs. informal, business casual) in which they will thrive. Julie also excels over her competitors by finding job opportunities and identifying qualified applicants from entry level — to middle-management. Recent placements have included – but are not limited to – Marketing Manager, Regional Sales Director, Quality Finance Auditor, Import–Export coordinator, Human Resource Generalist, Human Resource Recruiter, Executive Administrative Assistant and a Legal and Paralegal.

Julie is on the board of The Brookhaven Business Advisory Council (BBAC), they serve as the small business liaison to the Supervisor and Town Board. The council is comprised of small business owners and professionals who serve on a volunteer basis. She volunteers her time and efforts in being a Co-Chair of the Annual Job Fair coordinating and connecting over 500 attendees and local businesses within the community.
