The collective information technology (IT) recruiting experience of Sharvani Srinivas uniquely qualifies her to thoroughly understand technology, changing trends, and to research, screen and place candidates with efficiency and effectiveness.

Sharvani jump-started her successful career within the corporate recruiting industry at Friendly Advanced Software Technology (FAST). Over nine years she helped grow this IT consulting business from a small, three employee firm with 10 consultants, to a company with $20 million in revenue and over 100 consultants.

FAST – a recruiting firm focused primarily in the AS/400 technology space – was subsequently acquired by Global Employment Solutions (GES) in 1999; her role here expanded to include staffing in new areas like ERP and Web technologies. Sharvani was recognized by its “President’s Club for Top Performers” for 5 consecutive years, beginning in 2000. Afterwards, she continued her hands-on IT recruiting for three years at Candidates on Demand. (COD), a firm located in Melville, New York.

Her intensive involvement with technology placements at COD further prepared Sharvani to co-found Corporate Hiring Solutions, Inc. where she has once again assembled a top-notch team of IT professionals. She places these individuals into a wide range of full- time and consulting positions with companies in her extensive client roster. These include Pfizer; Purdue Pharma; Acorda Therapeutics; Harcourt Education (a not-for-profit); Delta Financial; TIAA-CREF; Estee Lauder, and a growing list of many other small and mid-sized businesses throughout the country.

Her long-term industry knowledge, business acumen and interpersonal skills continue to benefit both client companies and the individuals whom she places in the appropriate positions.
